In-person training is the best way to ensure you’re on track, motivated and training effectively.

What does training with me look like?
Firstly, it’ll be the most fun you’ve had in the gym, and it most certainly is the hardest you’ve pushed.
I’m focused on getting you results so we’ll track performance, body composition and nutrition. Yes, including how many cocktails you had on the weekend.
I have a dedicated application where all your stats, and workout metrics are kept. It integrated with Google, Apple and Myfitnesspal for hasstle-free tracking. See picture below.

The fine print
All training is to be performed at Goodlife Brookfield Place or via Zoom.
No refunds. Unless deemed adequate by Sergio, such as moving house, or having a medical condition.
Sergio is happy to train people with all disabilities under the oversight of a healthcare professional.
Cancellation policy: 24hr cancellation time minimum. Reasonable reasons are always excused.
